Assistance - Instruction - Motivation

Are you looking to take your fitness routine to the next level? 

FIT FOR LIFE offers one-on-one workout sessions with RBAC fitness staff to help you reach your goals. 

10 session package - $50

 

GROUP TRAINING:

WOW - WOMEN ON WEIGHTS 

with Ilene Guttin  

TUESDAYS

SESSION 1 - 8:30am - 9:15am  

SESSION 2 - 9:15am -10:00am

This small group training program addresses the unique needs of women, including upper body strength, weight loss, core conditioning, and preventing bone loss. 

Limit 8 per class

 $60.00

Drop ins welcome based on space availability for $15.00

YOGA SERIES

This FREE class will include everyday stretches, Restorative stretches and you will learn about progress based exercise.  This class will be held in the yoga room.  Please bring a strap and mat. 

POWER FLOW YOGA:

Classes are all levels! Only prerequisite is that you can BREATHE.  Yoga is not about touching your toes.  It's about stretching your mind to maximize performance, optimize overall health, access strength, and be a little less stressed.

      Jessica has been practicing yoga for 15 years.  As a competitive athlete, she began practicing to compliment training, racing in swimming, running & triathlons.  The breath-based flow ans mind-body integration enhanced her performance and reduced injury, inspiring her to compete the intensive 200RYT training.  Jessica brings energy and enthusiasm to her practice and teaching, seeing each person as an athlete, inspired to strengthen and deepen physical and mental fortitude.
